Responsibilities
Define and execute engineering and technology strategy aligned with long-term business goals. Lead and scale engineering teams across platform engineering, online services, cloud infrastructure, XR and real-time 3D technologies, data platforms, and AI. Develop scalable, reliable architectural roadmaps. Build data, AI, and platform capabilities to measure and improve execution. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Commercial, and Operations leadership to deliver scalable products and capabilities.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading and scaling engineering organizations in complex, high-growth software environments. Strong expertise in modern software platforms, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI technologies. Demonstrated success building high-performing engineering teams and scalable organizations. Excellent systems thinking, architectural judgment, communication skills, and hands-on leadership style. Experience with XR technologies, Unreal Engine, or real-time 3D applications is highly desirable.
