Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with CEE-headquartered corporate clients as part of the Large Cap team. Serve as primary contact, identify client needs, and coordinate delivery of various corporate banking solutions including cash management, lending, capital markets, derivatives, and asset management. Lead client onboarding, prepare internal documentation, monitor credit quality, and ensure execution discipline. Travel frequently across the CEE region to engage stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong academic background with prior corporate or investment banking experience. Demonstrated client coverage experience in the CEE region with direct relationship management responsibilities. Proven ability to originate and close business transactions. Expertise in corporate banking products. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of Czech or other CEE languages is advantageous. Self-motivated, agile, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
