Responsibilities

Oversee financials, team utilization, and billability. Address critical moments in customer journeys through Omnichannel Plans and workshops. Partner with Analytics to optimize strategies, author tactical briefs aligned with brand strategy, and elevate customer interactions. Support new business initiatives by providing strategic insights. Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Manage departmental staff including recruitment, performance reviews, and personnel actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum 12 years in Omnichannel, Experience, or Digital Strategy, with 3+ years leading a team. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing industries. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and user experience skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration/journey mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Mural). Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Skilled in using AI systems. Preferred experience with web analytics platforms, real-time engine solutions, and new business pitching.
