Responsibilities
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research including interviews, usability tests, surveys, field studies, and on-site observations. Identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, and expectations for clean energy solutions in Europe. Analyze research data to generate clear, actionable insights. Create and present research reports to advocate for the user perspective across stakeholders. Translate user challenges into opportunity areas to support design teams. Build and maintain a user-research knowledge database and monitor relevant trends.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Service Design, Psychology, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Three to five years of professional experience in user research, UX research, service design, or a related discipline. Proficiency in various research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies, field research, and A/B testing. Experience facilitating co-creation workshops and working with cross-functional teams is a plus. Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights clearly. English language proficiency at C1 level required. German and Chinese language skills advantageous. Submission of a short portfolio in PDF format is requested.
