Responsibilities
Complete a comprehensive 18-month trainee program rotating through multiple Revenue Management departments including Pricing, Yield, Product Management, Strategic Planning, and Loyalty Management. Participate actively in international projects and collaborate with diverse teams such as Data Science, Controlling, and Operations. Attend training programs to enhance both soft and hard skills. Qualifications
Successful completion of a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Initial practical experience gained through internships or student jobs, preferably in analytical or strategic roles. Proficient skills in MS Excel and eagerness to learn new tools such as SQL. Strong analytical capabilities, ability to understand and communicate complex topics clearly, high numerical aptitude, and precision. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German and other language skills considered a plus.
