Responsibilities
Participation in an 18-month trainee program through the Revenue Management department covering areas such as Pricing, Yield, Product Management, Strategic Planning, Loyalty Management, and collaboration with Data Science, Controlling, and Operations teams. Actively take part in international projects, develop comprehensive knowledge of Revenue Management, engage in various training programs, and build a cross-functional network within the company. Follow an individual development plan supported by a dedicated mentor.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Initial practical experience through internships or student jobs, preferably in analytical or strategic roles. Strong skills in MS Excel and basic experience or willingness to learn SQL. Highly numerate with the ability to understand and explain complex topics accurately. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills including German are considered a plus.
