Responsibilities

Define, plan, prepare, and execute environmental test campaigns for military-grade autonomous systems. Manage testing holistically across mechanical, electrical, EMC, and high-voltage domains. Coordinate and supervise external test labs and operate in-house testing capabilities. Acquire and analyze data using specialized systems. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to provide feedback to design teams for hardware or PCB failures observed during testing.

Qualifications

Completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of qualification standards such as AECTP 200/400/600 or MIL-STD-810 / MIL-STD-461, including mechanical, electrical, EMC, and high voltage testing. Solid interdisciplinary understanding encompassing circuit and PCB systems, vibration, shock, thermal, humidity, and high voltage safety. Ideally, experience in defense industry and startup environments. Eligibility for security clearance is required.
