Responsibilities

Support headquarters-level technology planning, capability integration, and modernization efforts. Evaluate mission needs and identify improvement areas. Develop recommendations guiding the adoption of emerging technologies. Contribute to strategic considerations shaping command-level technology and mission support. Facilitate issue framing and support senior leader decision-making. Assist in aligning new technologies with operational priorities, including digital and data-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in technology strategy, capability integration, or mission-focused innovation. Experience evaluating technology ecosystems and supporting planning or governance in technology adoption. Knowledge of emerging digital capabilities such as AI and data-enabled systems. Strong communication skills with senior leaders and non-technical audiences. Understanding of command-level operations and enterprise technology environments. TS/SCI security clearance mandatory. Experience with defense or military commands, especially in Europe, and understanding of technology adoption frameworks or digital transformation initiatives are a plus.
