Responsibilities
Own the delivery of software projects from requirements gathering through launch; engage with customers and stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into product features and technical specifications; break down work into development packages and prioritize backlog; lead cross-functional engineering teams to meet project goals within scope, time, and budget; maintain project artifacts such as plans, risk registers, and cost plans; ensure effective communication among all parties; identify and mitigate risks proactively; present project progress to teams, management, and customers.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of project management experience in software development, preferably in robotics, automation, automotive, or IT; degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields; proven expertise in requirements engineering and agile software development (Scrum/Kanban); hands-on knowledge of software architecture, APIs, version control, and CI/CD; proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence; excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills in English; availability for business travel; additional certifications and domain knowledge in robotics or machine learning-based systems are beneficial; German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
