Responsibilities
Lead delivery of wallet features from specification through release, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, support, and operations. Manage release tracking systems to monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers. Proactively address delays and ensure smooth product launches. Facilitate sprint planning, QA coordination, bug triage, approvals, and go-to-market activities. Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years experience in project management or similar roles such as scrum master or delivery lead. Strong technical foundation, preferably with a background or degree in software engineering, computer science, or related fields. Experience managing cross-functional product releases and complex dependencies. Excellent communication skills adaptable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in product-driven fast-paced environments; fintech, crypto wallets, or payment systems knowledge is a plus. Fluent in English; no German required.
