Responsibilities
Handle 3rd-level incident resolution for identity services, ensuring operational stability and quick recovery. Analyze root causes and support problem management to enhance service quality. Manage capacity and identify risks or bottlenecks. Install, configure, and test new releases, patches, and upgrades for software and hardware. Drive approved changes following change management processes. Participate in projects from request through operational handover. Ensure secure authentication environments for Microsoft 365 and cloud services using Azure AD and Conditional Access. Operate core services including Active Directory, Azure AD Sync, Always On VPN, Active Directory Federation Services, PKI, DFS, and DNS. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and support integration of authentication and authorization for internal and cloud solutions.
Qualifications
Educational background in IT, engineering, mathematics, or related technical fields. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Server infrastructure. Understanding of networking fundamentals including firewalls, security zones, and encryption. Solid PowerShell scripting skills. Interest and experience in IT security and identity management. Effective communication skills for liaising with technical teams and stakeholders in an international environment. Familiarity with ITIL processes. Advanced English proficiency including technical English. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Microsoft certifications such as MSCA/E or M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert. Ability to obtain required national security vetting level.
