Salary

EUR 4000.00 - 4600.00 MONTH

Responsibilities

Define and lead the strategy for technical and AI educational programs, design and continuously improve learner-centred curricula, build scalable learning systems, empower and support educators, manage the technical learning infrastructure, provide educational leadership during program delivery, and collaborate internally and externally to ensure alignment and innovation in digital education offerings.

Qualifications

Strong technical background in software engineering, data, AI, UX/UI, or similar; experience in designing technical educational programs; skilled in managing complex cross-functional projects; systems thinking and facilitation of collaborative decision-making; ability to simplify complex concepts; excellent stakeholder and teacher community management; proficiency with digital learning tools such as GitBook and LMS platforms. Familiarity with Learning Experience Design, adult education, Agile methodologies, and German language skills are advantageous but not required.
