Responsibilities
Lead and guide a small team of software engineers day-to-day, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery accountability. Support team members' growth and remove blockers. Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies. Collaborate with product management and customer success to define and deliver features end-to-end. Align technical practices with company-wide standards and work closely with other engineering teams, architects, DevOps, and management to maintain coherent technical direction.
Qualifications
Strong production experience in C# across multiple projects. Proven track record in leading and mentoring engineering teams. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with frontend frameworks like React and/or Vue is a plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools. Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into detailed technical plans. Ownership mentality covering design through to production. Fluent English language skills; additional German or Swedish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
