Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end production operations during assigned shifts, including training new hires and scheduling farm operators for various tasks. Optimize system performance through staff management and effective shop floor organization. Lead and mentor the team, handle staffing and scheduling, and manage people-related aspects from hiring to development. Conduct structured shift handover meetings based on key performance indicators to drive production performance. Serve as primary contact for operational incidents and determine escalation procedures. Enforce strict product quality controls to ensure zero defective products. Promote health, safety, and world-class manufacturing standards through incident reporting and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Proficiency with modern order management systems and understanding of manufacturing metrics like SLA and uptime. Strong leadership qualities with an empathetic and clear communication style. Ability to focus, maintain situational awareness, and quickly reprioritize workflows under pressure. Preferred prior team lead experience in fast-paced, shift-based production or significant operational experience. Excellent English language skills for leading an international team. No prior knowledge of this specific manufacturing process required as full training is provided.
