Responsibilities
Supervise daily moderation activities ensuring team meets productivity and quality standards. Provide guidance on complex moderation cases applying policies consistently. Monitor performance metrics and trends to identify operational improvements. Manage scheduling and workflow distribution for balanced workloads. Support onboarding and continuous training efforts. Conduct moderation audits to maintain enforcement accuracy. Serve as escalation contact for challenging cases. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to enhance moderation processes and safety strategies.
Qualifications
2-4 years leadership experience in content moderation, compliance, trust & safety, or related fields. Strong knowledge of sensitive online content areas such as hate speech, extremism, self-harm, fraud, exploitation, and misinformation. Proven ability to interpret and enforce platform policies with judgment and professionalism. Experience analyzing moderation data and operational trends. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with fully remote work and digital tools. High integrity and emotional maturity in handling sensitive content. Willingness to manage content on adult platforms and regulated content environments.
