Responsibilities
Lead and manage a digital transformation team across Europe; develop and execute digitalisation roadmaps aligned with PV and BESS business strategy; implement digital platforms such as ERP and CRM; oversee digital project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget adherence; improve data-driven decision-making and processes; collaborate with commercial, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and adoption of digital initiatives; promote a digital mindset and continuous improvement culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Business Informatics or related; 7-10 years experience in digital transformation or process optimization in renewable/industrial sectors; leadership experience in complex digital projects; knowledge of PV and BESS workflows; experience with ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics platforms; strong English proficiency (C1); project management skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and foster team development.
