Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end tax accounting and financial reporting frameworks including ETR calculation, tax provision methodology, cash tax forecasting, and entity-level Pillar 2 / GloBE calculations. Act as primary liaison between Tax and Finance organizations to ensure clarity and consistency in methodologies. Collaborate with Tax Technology and SAP teams to automate data pipelines replacing manual processes. Support Controlling in reviewing tax notes, uncertain tax position memos, and tax provisions to ensure accuracy, auditability, and timely delivery. Establish and maintain model governance including version control, change logs, audit trails, and review processes meeting pre-IPO and statutory audit standards.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience producing tax provisions under IAS 12 for multiple entities in a multinational environment, with strong knowledge of deferred tax accounting, ETR calculation, and uncertain tax position measurement. Strong accounting background enabling reading, challenging, and reconciling financial statements at entity level. Experience in transfer pricing operations. Working knowledge of Pillar 2 / GloBE sufficient to implement entity-level calculations using tax-provided methodologies. Proficiency in financial modeling using planning tools such as SAC or similar. Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and Data Tables. Experience with SAP ERP systems. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, and ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
