Responsibilities
Provide advanced 3rd level technical support for NATO CIS Services and IT/Data Management Services; perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting both locally and remotely; supervise and execute routine maintenance of infrastructure and management appliances; maintain and update system documentation; conduct backup and restore operations; support incident, change, and release management processes according to ITSM standards; produce monthly service performance reports including KPI data; coordinate with stakeholders for effective support and service activities; identify opportunities for service optimization and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience with COMPTIA A+ certification or equivalent; proficiency in VMWare 6 infrastructure and vSphere products; knowledge of data storage technologies including vSAN and iSCSI; experience with VEEAM Backup and replication; extensive Microsoft OS product administration experience (Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, Windows 10); expertise in DNS, Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Group Policy, SCCM deployment, and McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator; understanding of Blackberry Enterprise Server environments; strong interpersonal skills in multinational teams; ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; practical knowledge of NATO Command structures and enterprise architecture; English proficiency at NATO SLP 3333 or above; a valid National or NATO Cosmic Top Secret security clearance.
