Responsibilities
Provide global support and oversight for reinsurance accounting systems, especially SAP FPSL; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent system usage; manage system requirements and testing from an accounting perspective; implement feature and change requests timely; develop reporting functionalities and perform technical validation checks; represent the team in alignment meetings with related accounting teams; participate in group-wide projects and working groups; conduct internal and external trainings on system-related accounting and closing topics.
Qualifications
Qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Insurance Business Administration; several years of experience in system administration or accounting; very good knowledge of SAP Accounting Systems (SAP FPSL, SAP GT, SAP ECON) and Business Warehouse Solutions (e.g. EDWH); willingness to learn new system applications like SAP Analytics Cloud and PowerBI; interest in IFRS17 accounting topics; strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to work diplomatically and constructively with cross-functional teams; excellent planning and organizational skills; fluent English communication skills.
