Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery. Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Coordinate end-to-end change management processes ensuring alignment between Design, Product Engineering, Procurement, and Production. Manage the transition of approved changes to ensure readiness on production lines. Monitor inventory levels to maintain a lean supply chain. Maintain all documentation within the NetSuite ERP system and track the status of change requests to ensure transparency and synchronization across partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field. Experience in supply chain coordination, production planning, engineering support, or change management is advantageous. Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders. High attention to detail with technical documentation and data. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. Structured, solution-oriented working style. Good communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus. Candidates must be eligible to obtain necessary security clearance.
