Responsibilities
Support administration, evaluation, and analysis of certification body (CB) data including surveys and performance metrics; assist with risk model testing and data validation; maintain CB datasets and documentation; support system maintenance and improvement; document workflows and track action items; assist with CB onboarding and team coordination; prepare and organize meetings, draft communications and meeting summaries; support stakeholder communication and content organization across CB activities.
Qualifications
Enrolled student in environmental sciences, circular economy, renewable energy, chemistry, bioeconomy, business management or related discipline with availability of 16–20 hours per week for at least one year; excellent English communication skills (C1 level or above); project-based experience or theoretical knowledge of project management; keen interest in sustainability, certification systems, compliance, or governance; strong data analysis skills and attention to detail; ability to write clear meeting notes and summaries; integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information; excellent time management, self-organisation, and teamwork skills.
