Responsibilities

Qualifications

At least 3 years of hands-on consulting experience at a top-tier strategy firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&; strong skills in structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven thinking; proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear analytical steps and client-ready deliverables; high attention to detail and logical consistency; self-directed work style; strong written English proficiency (B2 or higher). No deep technical background required as onboarding to tools will be provided.
