Responsibilities
Design detailed consulting project scenarios grounded in real engagement dynamics including industry context and financials. Develop structured consulting tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, and growth strategy for AI training purposes. Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden-answer solutions to calibrate AI grading systems. Collaborate with a team of consultants to shape how AI learns business reasoning with no requirement for deep technical expertise.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on consulting experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&). Strong skills in structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables. Excellent attention to detail, logical consistency, and quality in outputs. Self-directed and independent working style. Proficiency in written English at B2 level or higher.
