Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing boards with multiple departments and align sourcing strategies. - Own the Source to Pay process, including supplier selection, tendering, and negotiations. - Prepare guidelines and benchmarking reports. - Evaluate and deliver savings potential at the EU level. - Create and execute category roadmaps. - Evaluate and improve payment terms per category. - Manage contracts, including overviews and renewals. - Work autonomously with high self-drive. - Coordinate with various internal stakeholders at different hierarchy levels. - Foster collaboration and partnerships with vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, preferably with process implementation and category management. - Experience in technology procurement (software, hosting, telephony). - Completed studies, preferably with a master's degree. - Knowledge of global procurement strategies and initiatives. - Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. - Excellent verbal and written English; German proficiency is a plus.
