Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain critical components of CI pipelines, build systems, and source code management tools. Continuously improve developer experience by reducing build times, automating tests, and optimizing code review processes. Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure issues related to CI/CD workflows. Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to implement integrated solutions and uphold engineering excellence. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and promote best practices in coding and architecture.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a senior software engineer with a focus on CI/CD systems, build pipelines, and source code management. Strong software development skills and practical experience maintaining platform or infrastructure tools. Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and distributed system troubleshooting. Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple engineering teams. Proactivity in identifying improvements and delivering impactful solutions. Experience with Java, Kotlin, or Go; familiarity with GitLab CI, Bazel, Gradle; knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
