Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design and execution of critical video advertising assets for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring high creative quality and adherence to guidelines. Manage production schedules and campaign workflows, driving timely delivery of performance video content. Design modular workflows for rapid creation of variants. Lead experimentation with motion formats and storytelling techniques to maximize creative performance. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to ensure alignment and quality. Mentor team members on motion design, visual storytelling, and data-driven creative iteration.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in motion design and/or video production with a strong portfolio of high-performing assets. Skilled in automating production processes and creating scalable tools. Proven ability to use performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to inform creative decisions and optimize marketing outcomes. Experience managing complex production schedules and campaigns. Expertise adapting assets across multiple channels. Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working asynchronously in a fully remote environment. Proficient in English; German language skills are not required. Familiarity with AI applications in video production is a plus.
