Responsibilities
Design, build, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end production services within an agile, product-focused team. Develop and evolve a microservice ecosystem consisting of observable, resilient, and horizontally scalable services. Write lean and well-tested code using unit, integration, and acceptance tests, applying BDD practices where beneficial. Automate infrastructure and delivery processes using GitOps/CI/CD to optimize speed and reliability. Monitor production health via metrics, logs and tracing, while ensuring incidents become learning opportunities.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of professional software development experience. Deep expertise in one or two technical areas such as backend development, data management, observability, or cloud infrastructure, complemented by strong secondary skills across related disciplines. Hands-on experience across software lifecycle stages including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and operations. Significant experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, BDD, DevOps/GitOps, multiple programming languages, or modern front-end development. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply pragmatic solutions.
