Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, services, and APIs supporting core product functionality. Build robust data pipelines and infrastructure to improve data quality and system intelligence. Contribute to architecture and system design focusing on reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions. Develop and optimize asynchronous workflows and cloud-native services. Qualifications
8+ years professional software engineering experience with backend development and distributed systems expertise. Advanced proficiency in Python or similar object-oriented languages. Experience designing scalable systems, APIs, and backend architectures in cloud-based environments (AWS preferred). Hands-on experience with serverless technologies, asynchronous processing, and relational databases like PostgreSQL. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with generative AI, large language models, or machine learning infrastructure is advantageous.
