Responsibilities
Take technical ownership of AI/ML projects from idea to implementation, solve complex problems using AI/ML approaches including classic ML, GenAI, and large language models. Design AI/ML systems and architectures including greenfield projects. Evaluate, monitor, and maintain AI/ML pipelines in production. Audit current AI setups and define AI strategy and roadmap. Lead cross-functional AI initiatives and drive them to completion. Constructively challenge technical decisions focusing on product outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading AI/ML projects end-to-end within startup or product environments. Strong expertise in AI/ML and data science including classic ML and generative AI. Solid software engineering skills with hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions. Understanding of data and ML infrastructure including data quality, feature/data pipelines, model serving, observability, deployment, and lifecycle management. Strong system design and architecture capabilities. Proactive, ownership-driven, results-oriented with a product mindset. Open to feedback and able to constructively challenge technical decisions.
