Responsibilities
Improve deployment experience and reduce operational bottlenecks; strengthen AWS production setup based on ECS and containers; enhance GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows; work with Terraform/OpenTofu to improve infrastructure management; improve production debugging related to AWS, containers, networking, Linux, and applications; enhance observability through metrics, logs, and traces; create and improve operational documentation such as runbooks, service maps, and deployment guides; introduce and manage safe AI agent-assisted engineering workflows; design guardrails for agent-assisted work ensuring secure permissions and auditability.
Qualifications
Strong practical experience in SRE, DevOps, platform or infrastructure engineering with production AWS experience; proficiency with ECS, containerized services, GitHub Actions, Terraform/OpenTofu, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, networking, and production debugging; strong observability skills covering metrics, logs, and traces; ability to write production-quality scripts or code in TypeScript and Bash; good judgment regarding production risk, automation, permissions, and rollback procedures; experience or knowledge of Kubernetes and AI-assisted engineering workflows is a plus.
