We are looking for an experienced Specialist Solutions Architect to support AI-focused customers using our cloud AI services. The role involves designing scalable AI solutions, resolving technical challenges, and managing large-scale AI deployments with hundreds to thousands of GPUs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to align solutions with business goals, deliver technical presentations, and produce educational content. This position can be based onsite in Amsterdam or remotely within the EU.

Responsibilities
Design customer-centric AI solutions aligning with strategic business goals. Build and sustain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Deliver technical presentations, whitepapers, manuals, and webinars to audiences with varied technical backgrounds. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize and communicate customer feedback effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience with cloud technologies in MLOps or Machine Learning engineering roles. Strong understanding of ML ecosystems, models, tooling, and use cases. Proven experience setting up and optimizing distributed training pipelines in multi-node, multi-GPU environments. Hands-on with PyTorch or JAX frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bonus: expertise in deploying production inference infrastructure and transitioning ML pipelines from proof-of-concept to scalable production systems. Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Go, Java, C++), orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Slurm), DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Helm), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
