Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to person for all PMS-related topics ensuring smooth processes aligned with industry standards; coordinate PMS developments and feature requests across various teams; support hotel pre-openings with PMS setup and operational readiness; manage commercial system projects maintaining timelines and stakeholder communication; contribute towards shaping and implementing the Commercial Projects Roadmap focusing on automation; document and communicate complex projects to bring structure and foster cross-team collaboration; identify and suggest improvements for system and workflow efficiency to keep ahead digitally.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in hospitality with strong knowledge of Property Management Systems, preferably Oracle Opera Cloud; proven track record in managing cross-departmental projects at the intersection of hospitality and technology; clear understanding of hotel operations, distribution channels, and system integrations; tech-minded and solution-oriented attitude; strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently; confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in English with German language skills considered a plus.
