Responsibilities
Develop and scale next-gen IMS features using Go following test-driven development; implement core network logic and convert legacy signaling patterns into high-performance Go services; handle SIP, Diameter, RTP protocols in microservices; optimize and validate system performance for low-latency delivery; ensure 3GPP compliance; operate cloud-native infrastructure with Kubernetes, Redis, MySQL, and Prometheus.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Go especially concurrency and performance tuning; solid understanding of telephony standards (SIP, Diameter); experience with Linux and low-level networking protocols; scripting skills in Python or Bash; strong analytical and debugging capabilities for distributed systems; self-motivated with ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced hybrid-remote startup environment; English language proficiency.
