Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain backend services and Kubernetes infrastructure in customer on-premise environments; support customers in operating these services including air-gapped setups; deploy staging environments for QA; maintain and expand customer-facing documentation; automate infrastructure deployments using Kubernetes, Terraform, Nix, Ansible, Concourse, GitHub Actions; maintain internal infrastructure for documentation and troubleshooting; ensure 24/7 service availability; contribute to open source projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; 3+ years in Operations, Networking, SRE, or Platform Engineering; 3+ years customer-facing experience supporting on-prem product deployments; proven Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code management skills; strong Linux and networking troubleshooting abilities; programming skills in Haskell, Rust, C, Java, or Go; experience with virtualization and containerization platforms; familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and GitOps methodologies; strong communication skills; fluency in English required, German and/or French is advantageous.
