Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership to the DACH service organization across multiple locations. Develop and execute a clear operational roadmap aligned with business strategy. Lead and develop an international service leadership team focusing on accountability and operational excellence. Drive cross-functional alignment between service, sales, engineering, and support functions to enhance end-to-end performance. Manage critical operational escalations with senior customer engagement. Support business growth through operational delivery, customer retention, and identifying commercial opportunities. Play a key role in organizational integration and transformation efforts. Represent the service organization to senior stakeholders and build trusted customer relationships.
Qualifications
Completed degree in mechanical engineering, logistics, management or related field. Extensive leadership experience in service operations within intralogistics, warehousing, or machinery manufacturing. Proven success in operational management and improving execution, productivity, and quality. Experience managing multi-location international teams. Strong understanding of service management, governance, and operational excellence in warehousing and automated logistics. Experience with organizational change or post-merger integration preferred. Familiarity with Toyota leadership principles and industrial practices is a plus. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication, and stakeholder management in English. Commercial awareness and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
