Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for onsite and remote end-user IT requests, responding promptly and prioritizing incidents. Provide front line customer technical support via phone, email, in-person, and Service Now. Manage Active Directory user accounts and groups. Install, troubleshoot, and deploy government-approved IT equipment and software. Provide Tier 1 support across networking, systems, DevOps, and information assurance, escalating issues per SOPs. Perform Tier 2 support tasks including managing baseline images, software updates, test groups, writing SOPs, and assisting with mobile device management. Document and enter all requests and incidents in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
An active in-scope SECRET security clearance. Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, or equivalent combinations of experience and certifications. IAT I and CE Windows 10 and/or MS 365 certifications mandatory. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) or equivalent required. Must qualify as a Technical Expert under the U.S. SOFA in Germany. Preferred qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in IT and MCP certification. Fluency in foreign languages is desirable but not required.
