Responsibilities
Own and drive the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) business needs and strategic direction; Work closely with VPP users including energy traders and commercial analysts; Benchmark VPP market solutions and vendor offerings; Represent business requirements during VPP system implementation; Validate delivered solutions to ensure they meet business value; Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational follow-up; Identify and flag commercial and continuity risks in vendor landscape; Ensure cost and value transparency in service cost allocation.
Qualifications
University degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business; Relevant experience in energy management; Technical understanding of Virtual Power Plant systems advantageous; Strong knowledge of business processes, commercial models, and VPP market environments; Experience translating business needs into requirements and implementation activities; Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design mindset; Ability to assess business value and commercial risks; Excellent English communication skills; Experience in agile and cross-functional teams considered an advantage.
