Responsibilities
Develop and implement information architecture strategies including content structures, taxonomy models, and navigation systems for enterprise websites. Design end-to-end user journeys and task flows aligned with business goals. Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability reviews to identify and resolve UX issues. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, marketing, and product teams and provide governance and oversight across offshore execution teams. Produce wireframes, flow diagrams, and maintain UX documentation and standards supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
8 to 12+ years of experience in UX or information architecture roles with proven expertise in defining IA for large-scale enterprise websites. Strong understanding of usability principles and interaction design. Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Miro. Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
