Responsibilities
Plan and execute global event media strategies across traditional channels (TV, radio, OOH) to increase attendance, revenue, and brand impact. Grow and optimize media partner relationships and establish long-term partnerships. Identify and pursue new media opportunities. Manage the end-to-end process of media activations, including commercial negotiations and technical integrations. Maintain accurate budget control to achieve positive ROI. Analyze external media needs and develop strategic models and reports. Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in traditional media industry (TV, radio, OOH). Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications. Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese) are a plus. In-depth understanding of media planning and buying, with awareness of evolving media landscape. Experience in affiliate marketing is advantageous. Dynamic, proactive, solution-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
