Responsibilities
Deliver technical training including classroom instruction, virtual sessions, hands-on labs, and assessments. Train new hires and experienced personnel across markets using approved materials and procedures. Maintain training systems and documentation, support learners and peer trainers through mentoring, and communicate training readiness and technical risks. Coordinate maintenance and safe use of training tools and lab equipment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical training, field service, or technical support within complex electromechanical or robotic systems, preferably in the medical device industry. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Ability to deliver technical instruction clearly and manage training schedules independently. Relevant associate degree or equivalent technical experience, with familiarity in SAP, SFDC, and Learning Management Systems.
