Responsibilities

Lead the technical Day 1 readiness plan during M&A integrations, defining readiness criteria, tracking workstreams, and making go/no-go decisions. Coordinate IT and workplace cutovers including identity, system access, hardware provisioning, and office setups. Ensure security and compliance in partnership with Security and Legal teams. Establish and manage integration workstreams with clear cadence, dependencies, and escalation paths. Orchestrate collaboration among IT, Security, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and other departments. Provide executive-level communication and reporting on technical readiness and integration status. Develop repeatable M&A integration playbooks for future acquisitions.

Qualifications

Significant experience in TPM, engineering management, or M&A integration with proven delivery of separation or integration projects, ideally including Day 1 technical cutovers. Strong technical foundation in software engineering or infrastructure, with ability to engage in architecture reviews and manage 24x7 production systems. Knowledge of enterprise IT systems such as identity providers, SSO, MDM, networking, SaaS provisioning, source control, and CI/CD tooling. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments across multiple jurisdictions and corporate cultures. Excellent English communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement. Ability to influence without authority and remain calm under pressure. Experience in regulated businesses and familiarity with German labor and works council context is a plus.
