Responsibilities

Own the execution of the digital product roadmap, ensuring delivery of high-impact products aligned with priorities and quality standards. Manage the full product lifecycle including backlog prioritization, requirement clarification, planning, implementation, launch, and iteration. Drive product decisions balancing client expectations, technical feasibility, and business goals. Monitor budgets and resource allocations to ensure transparent and efficient delivery. Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation based on market trends, client feedback, and technical possibilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, AI, data, and UX teams to develop scalable digital product solutions. Engage in technical discussions supporting product decisions and AI-enabled product delivery.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager with ownership of complex, AI-powered or data-driven digital products. Strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with software engineers and AI/data specialists. Proven experience in fast-paced, evolving, start-up or scale-up environments managing multiple initiatives. Skilled in stakeholder management, resource planning, and budget control. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Fluency in English required; strong German language skills are a significant plus. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, platform thinking, APIs, cloud-based product environments, and consulting delivery environments is advantageous.
