Responsibilities
Install, operate, and maintain assigned core systems software, databases, and ICT platforms; support data integrity and IT service continuity, including business continuity and disaster recovery plans; liaise with internal units and service lines; provide local CIS service support during execution phases; document system design, configurations, and operational procedures; implement monitoring tools and techniques for performance management; report on capacity and performance; assist with project work packages; participate in 24/7 duties as necessary; perform other related duties.
Qualifications
Higher vocational training in relevant discipline with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience or secondary education with 4 years post-related experience; demonstrated experience in complex systems administration, installation and maintenance of system software including operating systems and utility software; capable of diagnosing network issues and implementing maintenance changes; strong knowledge of Linux operating systems; desirable knowledge of AIRcC2 systems, NATO organizational structures, and prior experience in international civilian and military environments; ability to uphold ethics, promote equal opportunities, and deliver high-quality customer-focused results; must hold valid National or NATO Top Secret security clearance.
