Responsibilities
Implement the requirements and change management process for EV functions; design and define system requirements; ensure completeness, correctness, and traceability of all requirements; manage baselines and change requests, perform impact analyses and propose modifications; coordinate requirements across the department and with external suppliers; collaborate closely with project managers for vehicles and components; provide project support to complete deliverables within timeframe; develop new system technologies in R-flow projects.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in industry or university projects; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar; experience in the automotive industry with exposure to e-mobility; proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, MS Office, ALM or similar tools, Vector CAN Tools, and Visio or similar software.
