Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic engagement plans with account teams; serve as a trusted technical advisor and product champion for clients; develop presentations, demos, and educational materials to facilitate product adoption; collaborate with global system integrators and consulting partners; manage complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation point; provide feedback to product and engineering teams for roadmap development; enable clients at scale through workshops and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of transactional database (OLTP) experience in engineering, product development, administration, or pre-sales; at least 6 years in customer-facing roles influencing technical executives and driving data strategy; proficiency in SQL and Python; hands-on experience with major public cloud platforms; broad understanding across data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, application development, and streaming; undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related technical field; proven ability to manage large territories and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
