Responsibilities
Configure and develop Siemens OpCenter MES to support production and quality processes; own MES initiatives end-to-end covering requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment; maintain WinCC OA SCADA applications and OPC UA integrations; build integrations with ERP and related systems; ensure stable MOM platform operations including support and issue resolution; develop and maintain reporting and data integrations; drive MOM platform architecture, set standards, and define technical roadmap; provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor MES team members; lead technical solution design, estimation, and delivery for digitalization projects.
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience in automation, engineering, computer science or related field; minimum 5 years of MES experience in manufacturing, with Siemens OpCenter MES as a plus; SCADA experience, preferably with WinCC OA; knowledge of PLC-SCADA-MES integration, OPC UA, and SQL; software development skills in .NET/C# or similar; experience leading cross-functional technical projects; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English with German language skills considered advantageous; additional desirable qualifications include experience with Docker/Kubernetes, IT/OT integration, industrial cybersecurity, and background in regulated manufacturing sectors such as battery, semiconductor, or automotive.
