Responsibilities
Own and architect core Python backend systems responsible for AI-driven data processing and real estate financing services. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance while delivering high-quality features. Optimize resource usage and costs through monitoring and load testing. Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers and backend developers to integrate AI models into production. Lead technical discussions and align cross-team delivery with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
Several years of production experience building and operating Python backend services with strong fundamentals and API development (e.g., FastAPI). Proven expertise designing and scaling resilient distributed systems including event-driven pipelines with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience integrating large language models or machine learning systems into production environments. Proficient with observability tools—logging, metrics, dashboards—and complex debugging. Strong English communication skills and problem-solving aptitude. Experience working in ISO 27001 or GDPR-compliant environments is a plus.
