Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate resilient distributed backend services and APIs. Own platform capabilities end-to-end with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. Develop agent orchestration platforms and data ingestion frameworks. Improve system observability and incident response. Mentor and raise engineering standards within the team.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering with a strong foundation in Python. Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and APIs. Experience with operating large-scale systems including their observability and incident management. Familiarity with AWS, Celery, Redis, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Neo4j, AI infrastructure, platform engineering, and data pipelines is a strong plus. Proven production ownership and engineering excellence are essential.
