Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end technical integration of diverse OEM energy devices into the Heartbeat platform; implement and maintain communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, OCPP, MQTT, and EEbus; develop services for IoT gateways using Go; diagnose and resolve network issues; conduct testing in the Berlin lab; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance standards; provide expert-level support to internal and external stakeholders; foster innovation through experimentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field; proven experience in IoT device integration and software development; proficiency in Go programming; strong knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus TCP, OCPP, MQTT); solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WLAN, VPN); experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices; excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
