Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain resilient, scalable backend systems and APIs for AI-based multi-agent platforms. Own platform capabilities with end-to-end responsibility. Enhance system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. Mentor and raise engineering standards within the team.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of software engineering experience with deep proficiency in Python. Proven experience building and operating AI systems in production, including LLM applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool calling, and multi-step workflows. Strong debugging skills and experience evaluating AI quality. Preferred experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, knowledge graphs, AI observability platforms, and working with large enterprise datasets in event-driven architectures.
